Hi! I'm Sheila, the baker behind Addie Mae's Sourdough Bakery — a small, family-run bakery born out of a passion for real, wholesome food. Every loaf, bagel, and cinnamon roll is handcrafted in small batches using time-honored sourdough techniques.
